Jean-Yves Jaguin, a passionate
tribute to imagination
and the seasons...
Just a few kilometres from the “Pink Granite Coast”, in the heart of unspoilt Brittany, gourmets meet at La Ville Blanche to savour the authentic, delicate, aromatic cuisine crafted by Jean-Yves Jaguin, subtly spiced with herbs from his own vegetable garden.

As a harmonious accompaniment to these delectable dishes, a particularly attractive selection of wines and wise advice from the sommelier.
Jean-Yves Jaguin has held the title of Maître Restaurateur since November 2009 and his establishment proudly displays a Michelin star.
